I coach with a blend of +ve Psychology, Somatic (body mind) Science and Conscious Movement, plus the ancient wisdom of the East and the Indigenous, with roadmaps for the body, mind and soul - to lead you home to your inner power, courage and success.

After all isn't life already serious enough?

Being a BBC or British Born Chinese, I grew up torn between two cultures, always feeling like an outsider, and in my own journey of self-discovery, studies and travels I have found a home within me and Niio Dance for New Integrated and Inspired Openings was born. 

It has nothing to do with dance 'ability' or 'talent'. Rather it is finding a deeper connection to your Self, the ego less Self that supports and elevates you, rising above self- judgement and self sabotage.

I am a product of the yang of the west and the yin of the east. Chinese philosophy embraces both the rational and the mystical. I am influenced by both our grounded visceral aliveness and the transpersonal aspects of our existence. 

Whilst we live in such an unpredictable and often turbulent world, I like to stay inspired by life's magic and mystery.

Over the last 20 years I have given talks and workshops at festivals in the UK and Europe including the Conference in Dance and Spirituality and the Creative Summit for the World Arts and Embodiment Forum.

I offer 121 coaching, courses and the Niio Dance 6 month Signature Program; 'Roots and Wings'.
