Danette Burzlaff-Haag is an inspirational speaker, soul-strengthening mindset coach, trauma mentor, and published author. After overcoming a severe burn injury from a house explosion as a child, Danette transformed her life and now inspires others with her remarkable journey.
Danette was recognized as the 2019 Woman of Courage in Colorado, and she proudly holds the title of Mrs. Colorado 2021, becoming the first severely scarred woman to win an esteemed state beauty pageant title. Since 2017, Danette has captivated audiences across the U.S. with her inspirational speeches. She is also the co-founder and a program facilitator for Hero Haven, a nonprofit 501c3 dedicated to supporting Emergency Responders dealing with the negative effects of cumulative trauma.
